The Inaugural WCC Half Marathon is set to kick off April 6, 2014. The event will feature a race expo, and will benefit the Whitin Community Center. The course through the Blackstone Valley towns is slightly up hill the 1st half of the course, and slightly down hill the last 6 miles or so, through mostly shaded rural roads. The race will start and end downtown Whitenville.
